Scott Reinhardt, President
Scott obtained his general contractors license in 1991 and formed Rhino Construction, incorporating in 2007. Scott has been working in the construction industry in Southern California since 1983 when he was discharged from the US Naval SeaBees in Pt. Hueneme, CA. From 1985 through 2007, Scott worked for 3 major developers, starting in the field and rising through the ranks until ultimately becoming the VP of Construction, managing daily operations of the Ventura/LA Division for RWR Homes. This 23 years has offered Scott a unique education, balancing his career for over 12 years from the field with subcontractors everyday to being charged with every aspect of the division for another 11 years as Vice President.
As the economy softened, Scott and his family decided the best thing to do was branch off on his own and run Rhino Construction full time. For more than a decade, Scott has worked in the community to service customers and projects of all shapes and sizes. He works tirelessly to make sure that all clients have complete satisfaction in their project. Scott feels there is nothing but great things ahead.
Danny Reinhardt, Project Manager
As a project manager, Danny handles everything from estimating to building proposals to coordinating all subcontractors in the field for a given project.
Danny has spent the majority of his life around the construction industry, being a part of anything from small projects around the house to walking residential developments with his dad to working in the office part time while finishing school. Danny received his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah before moving back to California to start his career. Danny joined Rhino Construction full time in 2019.
Wendy Wells, Administrative Assistant
Wendy works with clients and subcontractors navigating the many details of construction administration. She knows not everyone understands the nuances of construction and is always happy to explain why and what is needed. Wendy is a seasoned professional having been an Executive Assistant and an Office Manager. Her penchant for all things orderly and organized is a welcomed skill set in the office.
Wendy can be found at the front desk of Rhino Construction every day, but beware; she has a seemingly bottomless bowl of assorted chocolates on her desk and rarely allows anyone to leave without taking at least one piece of chocolate.
Otniel Gomez, Assistant Superintendent
Otniel helps to manage job site operations and coordination of subcontractor scopes for each project. Always ready for a challenge, Otniel brings years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to the jobsites everyday.
Pedro Medina, Journeyman
Pedro has been in the construction industry for most of his life and has developed his skills in several different trades. Along with his wealth of knowledge and experience, Pedro exudes positivity on the jobsite and is a quintessential team player.
